Contact us through e-mail at cs@ai-doss.com and write “Change Order” in the subject line. We will make effort to adjust your order, as long as it has not already shipped.
You should commit payment within 3 days from the date you order. Currently we accept only bank in or online transfer to Maybank account. Please make sure the recipient account name is AIDOSS FASHION before you commit the payment. Please also specify order number when you email us the payment slip. At the moment other payment method is not available.
Due to certain colour of the style do not have picture available, the style you selected will be either shown to you correctly or not to display. If you have any doubt on the colour please do not proceed ordering, and instead send us a email to ask for a pic of same colour of similar style, and we will send you a close one with description shortly.
Yes, you can check your order from My account page.
During order you will be asked to confirm whether using your delivery address registered or use a new one for delivery. Once you have checkout, if you want to change delivery address, please email cs@ai-doss.com as soon as possible, we will make effort to adjust your order, as long as it has not already shipped.
